Sleying the Reed

I've been away from my loom for a few months, but I'm back now and ready to finish Mom's Throw.  Below is a photo of a partially sleyed reed.  On the right side you can see individual strands threaded through the reed.  On the left side is a warp chain waiting to be sleyed.  The piece of wood going from back to front is a temporary support to rest the reed on while it is being sleyed.
